Terms of service.

Le Petit 3 is sent to subscribers through the public postal system as standard mail and exact delivery dates vary according to a number of factors that are beyond the control of Le Petit 3. While Le Petit 3 will do its best to ensure each newspaper will arrive to you by the last day of the applicable month, Le Petit 3 does not guarantee delivery of any newspaper by a certain date.

All inquiries regarding a newspaper that has not arrived before the end of the month must be made within 30 days of the end of said month. Le Petit 3 does not offer replacement newspapers or provide refunds outside of the 30 day window described above. For example, if your November newspaper does not arrive on or before November 30th, then you must notify Le Petit 3 by December 30th in order to be eligible to receive a replacement newspaper or a refund.

Le Petit 3 is not responsible for any order that does not arrive due to customer address entry errors. It is the customer's sole responsibility to enter their address correctly when placing an order or signing up for a monthly subscription, and each newspaper is mailed to the exact address provided by the customer. If you have entered your address incorrectly, please contact us immediately and so we can address the issue.

Le Petit 3 is not responsible for any newspapers that experience delayed arrival due to events beyond the control of Le Petit 3, including but not limited to, natural disasters, labor and postal strikes, infrastructure failures, etc.

Le Petit 3 is not responsible for the condition of any newspaper upon its arrival to you. If you receive a damaged newspaper, the issue should be taken up with your local postal service, as it is their responsibility to deliver your newspaper intact and undamaged along with your other mail. However, if you receive a damaged newspaper, you may contact Le Petit 3 and each inquiry regarding a damaged newspaper will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Le Petit 3 does not guarantee perfection. From time to time there may be a typo or two, as well as some slight printing imperfections. These are not considered flaws, but rather part of the charm of real tactile media. Accordingly, Le Petit 3 does not offer replacement newspapers or refunds for any newspapers containing typos or slight printing imperfections.
